File doesnt upload to releases

Describe the bug

Hey, im new with such things and the ipa file doesnt show up in releases after finishing the workflow succesfully. Can someone please help? I dont know why but the other Issues dont load for me so please help!

Steps to reproduce

1. Finish workflow as usual
2. Go to tab "Releases" and it doesnt show?
