v0.187, the Error System Default Snapshot can not be deleted or re-created.

Describe the bug
The Error System Default Snapshot (daytonaio/sandbox:0.5.0-slim ) can not be deleted or re-created.
And we can't not set other snapshot as default default, But other features (e.g. playground) are heavily rely on this default snapshot.

To Reproduce

Hi,
If you inspect the network response for list snapshots (or fetch the row from the snapshots table directly), you should be able to see the error reason.
Please let me know what's the reason so we can inspect further.

Temporary workaround：

1. create a same name snapshot daytona snapshot create daytonaio/sandbox:0.5.0-slim --image docker.1ms.run/daytonaio/s andbox:0.5.0-slim.
2. delete the default system snapshot mannualy in snapshot table and snapshot_region table.
3. set the new snapshot general column to true (to system snapshot).
