EGA rom not found

Last version of win64 marty PC does not find ibm_ega rom. (No ROM sets found for feature requirement: ibm_ega)

I tested the win 7 version and it did not complain, (it looks like it finds the file), but then it starts to beep and nothing happens. I Also tested VGA just in case, and no problem.

I used "ibm_6277356_ega_card_u44_27128.bin" which was working on older martypc versions.
To be honest, the last martypc version I tested was 0.2.2, so maybe I misssed something.

I'm testing on Windows 10 64 bit.

By the way, how good is the EGA/VGA implementation? Can I expect some bugs or is it "finished"?

they're both a little rough around the edge cases, but should work fine for most things. The current VGA doesn't do pel panning correctly in 256 color modes.

I broke the logic behind the 'chip' specifier. It's supposed to make any rom that implements the same chip id optional, but instead requires all of them to be present. I happen to have both ROM versions so I didn't notice I had broken it.
