Can't open Tandy 1000 Machine

Describe the bug
MartyPC claims roms are missing despite being available in the roms folder. States they are not on candidate list. I have a file in the roms folder that matches the md5.

To Reproduce
Configure launcher to Tandy, see as an error message pops up

Expected behavior
Tandy should open
