Text editing in Open in Editor does not work as the editor does not open

Steps to reproduce:

• open a diagram
• properties tab
• description tab
• toolbar: Open in Editor
  Result:
• an input box is open, but it is not the full editor
• you can type some text but the text is not saved

Used:

• Capella 6.1.0
• Capella collaboration
