Provide a container image

In order to make the deployment of the trivy-vulnerability-explorer easier for other folks, I would like to provide a container image on withing the ghcr.io registry.

I assume this issue is already solved? There is a Dockerfile available in the meantime

No, not yet. While there is a Dockerfile, I have not come around to build a pipeline to publish the image on the ghcr registry.

I think this should also be automated with the release creation.
Also: when creating the images, we could run a trivy scan and link to the report (gh pahed url with query param). That would be a nice double-check to see if everything works as expected. See #526

Unfortunately the changes in #566 do not work as hoped. GitHub actions will never trigger other actions if a GITHUB_TOKEN is used. We need to use different credentials or refactor the actions, so that it is not necessary to have multiple actions for a release. I prefer to refactor.
