[CT-2232] Review PyPI Settings #80
Description
PyPI is not set up consistently for all our repos. This is a task to clean it up and make it consistent.
- Ownership and Maintainers on the repos are not consistent. Make them consistent. It would be good to have more than just the fishtown bot on the repos in case anything were to happen with the login.
- Does it make sense to have Drew And Connor as the contact emails? Should we use a core-team email list? Or one for core and one for adapters?
- When we release core/postgres to PyPI no manual approval is needed to release, but when we do the adapters we have to manually press a button to release it to PyPI from within the action. This seems unnecessary for adapters so let's see if we can fix it to not require the manual approval.
