Inconsistent transfer data (`not_null_transfers_player_name`)

The dbt test not_null_transfers_player_name is failing from time to time since lately. This appears to be happening because data in the acquiring API pipeline is inconsistent with that in the acquring scraper pipeline, although I do not not why.

For now, re-running it locally restores consistency, but I need to look deeper into the root cause of this.
