Doesn't work with umlauts

Thank you for your awesome script! You helped me a lot to recreate my data for google authenticator I extracted from a twrp backup.

There's something I came across when I ran ./server.sh
All the qr-codes are shown except the one that has umlauts in the email and also in the issuer. (in this example it is the letter 'ü')

The umlaut is broken and there is no qr code. I managed to create a working qr code using the data from the dump.
