When broadcast of codecs string is avc1.4d402a(choose the best for example),the broadcast will have a delay of nearly 5 seconds,but when it is avc1.640028,it will have no delay or even faster than the live streaming footage of youtube,so it looks like it's stuck.I have tried adjusting other parameters,but it doesn't work.
