Description
The new form API was introduced in Windows Vista. It seems reasonable to finally drop support for the older clipboard listener API, given how dependent it is on every program in the clipboard chain needs to behave correctly.
Anyone needing to support XP and earlier can be referred to cbview v1, which will still be available and documented.
