Update command line documentation

• In Enable HTTP 30x redirections in curl requests (fix issue #589) ddclient#592 a new command line argument was added (-redirect).
• Compare docs and implementation for any other changes
• Clarify the limitations of -ssl (no HTTP prior to v3.11.3, only when writing http:// since then)
