i'll volunteer a use-case.

let's say i want to make a browser extension that allows me to submit openheart reactions to an openheart-enabled webpage (without leaving the browser).

the metadata would allow my browser extension to know that openheart is supported on the current page, and where to send the request.

i'm likely to implement this in my Flask-OpenHeart project (as an opt-in feature), so it would be valuable to know if there's an official preference on how to advertise OpenHeart support in metadata.
