Add Cuda --toolkitpath parameter to wiki

To small root disk (20GB) in some locations for installing cuda.

You can provide the --toolkitpath parameter (https://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/cuda-installation-guide-linux/)

Should we add this to the (which?) wiki?
