COULD THIS REPO HAVE AN UPDATE?

I've just came across this repo looking for something else and had a pretty good look at this repo. The code is brilliant.
I would like to ask you @deanflyer , is this code useful to this day? Or would you consider it deprecated by any means?
In the case this tool being still valuable, would it make sense to update any of it's processes (i.e. update python version >3.8)
