Failed to connect to server: cannot connect socket: Network is unreachable

What happened?

Server: Windows 11
Client : Mac Sequoia 15.6 Mac mini M4
When the Mac is restarted, the client cannot connect. Disabling and restarting the Local Area Network permission on the client Mac fixes this.
