Selecting any personality preset in Design tab will make the voice generation fail

Selecting any personality preset in Design tab will make the voice generation fail. I have to restart the app.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Design' tab
2. Click on any personality button, like 'News Anchor'
3. See error below:
