Fullscreen Borderless vs Exclusive Fullscreen

Fullscreen performance is considerably worst that Fullscreen Borderless, which does not make much sense.

  • Can we evaluate why?
  • Does V-Sync works in window modes other than exclusive fullscreen?
  • Should we remove exclusive mode?

Resolutions and FPS

Changing the application from one screen to another does not update the resolution / FPS limits.

  • Is it possible to detect automatically the current active display and any change?
  • Can we adapt FPS limits based on that? Changing from a 60hz to a 144hz display for example.

Settings

  • Memory limit and FPS limit position should be swapped.
  • Should we strip resolution vs fps? it feels redundant

Resize Window

Players currently cannot resize the window when in window mode. We will allow that from now on, but a few aspects need to be iterated to find the right solution:

  • Maintaining the aspect ratio vs free: we need to see how the UI holds in this scenarios.
  • While on windowed mode, resolution dropdown should display native window size. Value cannot be changed.
  • Should we have a minimum window size?

Switching between Windowed and Fullscreen

When pressing Alt + Enter, game should alternate between Windowed or Fullscreen Borderless.

  • This is not being reflected in the Settings Menu, remaining in previous values.
  • Window resolution should be by default 3/4 of the fullscreen resolution, unless previous internal value (ie, window previously resized
