Feature request: Linked web sites with annotations

Would like to have a way to extend information about the content creator in a fashion similar to what is currently available in Mastodon (see screen shot below):

What's interesting here is that the profile owner can annotate each of a set of links with additional information about the link.

From what I can tell, this is not feasible using current CAWG metadata or identity assertion.

RFC 9264 describes a application/linkset that is pretty good! https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9264.html#section-7.2

In the context of mastodon in particular, or ActivityPub's application/ld+json, you can just do an (AS2) Link Collection.
