Milestones

• Oct 13, 2025 – Start Governance Process
  • Define governance flow for use case submissions
  • Clarify review cadence and acceptance criteria
• Nov 10, 2025 – Accept First Official Use Case
  • Approve and publish the first official use case under the new process
• Nov 24, 2025 – Accept First Batch of Use Cases (2–3 Minimum)
  • Collect and approve additional use cases from contributors
  • Ensure diversity of topics and representation across ecosystems
• Dec 8, 2025 – Develop Specific Work Items
  • Translate accepted use cases into actionable Work Items
  • Assign leads and form small subgroups
• Dec 15, 2025 onward – Continuous Use Case Intake
  • Keep accepting and refining new use cases
  • Evaluate for potential new Work Item creation
