Extraction date of photo from signal image

Pictures saved from signal are saved as "signal-2024-10-23-xxxxxx" but aves cannot extract the date of it.
I would love a fix of this

Okay, so I found that a latest photos are correctly extracted as "signal-2025-08-26-12-03-16-348"
However it looks like older photos have different naming as:
signal-2025-04-18-094154
signal-2025-02-23-090823
These two, for example, fail to set a proper date. It looks like they don’t have minutes and seconds, but having them saved even as 0:00 would save me hours, since I have thousands of them.
