Export tags

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Over time I've got many many tags using Aves and I want to export them as plain text file that I can use for other intentions.

In "settings - export", I can select "tags" as an option, along with covers, favorites, settings, etc. Either json, csv or plain text list is okay.

Or an export option in the fly over menu on the "tags" page

I think that would be misleading to put it in the settings export, because people may get the impression that they could import them back.

Rather, I could provide an export in the Stats page. This would broaden the use cases too, as you could do it on the whole collection or a subset.
