Make nicer suspense for scratch lists

currently it's just a blob of text, but ideally it keeps the same ui skeleton as the actual scratch list and just has blocked-out text within it

Yeh, that makes sense, needs to account for all the different types. But definitely doable 😎

yeah, I think this doesn't look bad, but the 0% matched and no owner should probably also be replaced with loading or blocked out text. I think I might prefer blocked out text everywhere..

Also, it's unclear how many to show. I think ideally it's like 3-4 with more becoming more transparent until they totally fade away. no pressure to do any of this of course :P

Yeh, I was going to the laziest approach - trying to create a 'dummy' scratch and pass that to the "ScratchItem*" function to create the appropriate thing - but those functions expect real scratches... which means maybe we need 'dummy' equivalents of those functions.
