Black-box tests for preparers

Testing preparers is kind of a pain because they're so deeply hooked into the software they're embedded within (Jekyll and Sphinx). Instead, let's do black-box testing, where we have parallel directories containing sample content repositories and the expected JSON output from each.

  • Create a "testing mode" where output is written to disk instead of the content store.
