Comments Bundle missing for Abandoned proposals #1694
Description
Approved legacy proposal allows to download Proposal Bundle, Comments Bundle, Votes Bundle, and the corresponding timestamps, as seen for an example proposal on the left.
However, Abandoned legacy proposal only offers Proposal Bundle and timestamps in Available Downloads, as shown for the other proposal on the right.
Further, looks like the new (tstore) vs legacy (Git) is not the cause here, because this Abandoned proposal is not legacy but still has no Comments Bundle.
