Please make a 64 bit Dectalk addon for NVDA. #23

Hope you are doing well.
In addition to my Sapi 5 request, please also make an addon for NVDA that is 64 bit.
As I indicated in my previous issue, this would improve responsiveness and prevent lag that would otherwise be caused by a 32 bit tts engine. I also feel your Dectalk has better sound clarity than the 32 bit version. For people like me who have hearing difficulties, this is extremely important because sound clarity makes it easier for us to navigate the computer. Often, when the sound isn't clear, it becomes hard for people like myself to distinguish between different sounds.
