finding the matching records #1221

Hi Team,
As a part of POC, i am trying to find the matching records with csv file having schema
schema = "rec_id string, fname string, lname string, stNo string, streetName string, add1 string, add2 string, areacode string, state string, dob string, ssn string"
and records of 65.
Can you please let me the perfect understanding level lo code to execute the code accordingly to find the accuracy of the records
