Make latest developments of deegree available via demo endpoint

Another idea is to always deploy the latest release of deegree on the demo endpoint. Also, we might provide two demo endpoints: a stable one and a second with the latest developments.

By that, it is easier for the community to test the latest release.

Deployment process should be automated.
