Issue with visualisation in Notebooks

Error with lexcube.Cube3DWidget() in the following notebooks in DeepESDL:

• gapfilling_process.ipynb
• visualize_cubes.ipynb

It works local but not in DeepESDL.

Hi @Julia310. We have the above error in displaying the widget from lexcube in DeepESDL. Can you test the notebook on DeepESDL and see if you can find the root cause ?

In the meantime, there is also a possibility of using xcube viewer instead of lexcube for displaying the results. Please do consider if you feel it is appropriate.

The important thing here is to have example/demo notebooks which run without errors for all DeepESDL
users.

thanks for letting me know. I’ll look into this issue with the lexcube widget when I have a moment. Right now, my main focus is on deriving the initial results for my current project, so it may take a bit of time to address this fully. For now please feel free to use the xcube viewer or delete those cells entirely until I will be able to look into it.
