Some pom properties cannot be set

Creating this issue as was requested in #27.

Would be nice to be able to set these pom properties by the plugin:

• inceptionYear in projectInfo{}
• roles in developer{}
• timezone in developer{}
• issuManagementUrl in scm{}
• ciManagementUrl in scm{}
• contributers{}

And also an option to disable Central auto publish.
