:bug: SVG/DXF output not including rounded corners on rectangles

Describe the bug

When exporting to a nested SVG or DXF, the rounded corners of rectangular elements appear to be omitted, resulting in sharp corners.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create SVG files in Javascript program
2. Load multiple SVG files containing rectangular elements with rounded corners
3. Nest them into a rectangular shape
4. Export the resulting layout as an SVG or DXF
5. Open file in a outside vector program (ie., Adobe Illustrator)

Expected behavior

The exported layout would preserve the rounded corners to the contained rectangular elements

@Dexus Certainly. I've attached the input file, which I created 3x copies of in the program with a rect of 40x28 as the bed, and the resulting SVG output file. The DXF results in the same output as well if that helps with pinning down the issue.
