No option to select install location from installer

atleast on windows, running the installer, just installs it directly in %appdata%
this is annoying if you like to keep stuff organized. Or if you wanted to include the program in your own project files for others to quickly use

This is a good QoL feature and should be relatively simple to implement. However, the only complexity I can think about is how dependent ldtk is on all files/bins/etc to be located in this fixed directory %appdata%.

many apps regardless of where you install them use the appdata folder. That's fine, even godot does.
