Guide grid offset

It would be quite beneficial and (probably) easy to implement the option to offset the optional guide grids that are in layer settings, like how grids themselves can be offset. This would be especially useful for anyone using the dual grid system, as having a quick way to see which sections belong to which tile is essential to a smooth workflow, and is not something one can currently do with ease.
