Recommended base docker image, torch/cuda version to use that is compatible with this code base?

Can you please share details about the docker image and/or torch/cuda version was used for this code base. I keep running into an issues on my setup that I think has to do with torch/cuda version. Would be very helpful to know what was used when running this project.
