Executable bit not set for Linux distribution

At least for the binary inside https://github.com/deezer/caupain/releases/download/v1.9.1/caupain-1.9.1-linux.zip, the executable bit is not yet. I guess this is some kind of packaging error.

I guess the problem is in

What's the reason to create your own task instead of using Gradle's Zip task?

Honestly, I think there was a good reason when I first made it, but I'll switch to the Gradle zip, or at least set the executable flag correctly
