This repository contains the complete pipeline to recreate the analysis and plots from the paper:

How to Run

To execute the full analysis:

1. Open globalAnalysis.m in MATLAB.
2. Run the script.

Requirements

Ensure the following toolboxes are added to your MATLAB path:

• SPM12
• The Decoding Toolbox (TDT)

Dependencies and versions are listed in requirements.txt.
