Workable modification on ubuntu 26.04

Hello,

I used vibe coding to modify the exisitng extension to make it work on ubuntu 26.04.

Here is the link where one can put into ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/cpupower@mko-sl.de and it works.

Thank you very much, nice contribution, I used this extension to disable turbo boost for my processor so it doesn't get really hot, and it works just as fine as the original one.
