Media files: Remove all then upload all(bring this feature back)

There use to be a option to remove all media files in the remote and then replace with the local but with the new options I don't see this.

I deleted the PDFs on my staging site then pushed to production and the deleted PDFs still remained on the production site.

• also add 'Compare, upload then remove'
