Import to LocalWP fails

Hey Team - I've searched for answers to this but I've come up short. I am unable to export from WP Migrate Lite and import to Local WP. I get the following error:

Error Importing Site
Sorry! We couldn't figure out what to do with the import file provided. Please extract it manually.

I suspect it's because the folder structure in the Zip file is rather unusual. When I extract manually on my local machine, I see the following which is a rather unusual folder situation. Any ideas as to a fix?
