Porting to zabbix 5.x

I have adjusted the template file for using with zabbix 5.0.10. I think it will work on most 5.x, but I didn't tested it
The file is attached to this message. I have renamed it to txt because git hub does not accept xml files.

Hi! has anybody been able to port it to zabbix 5.4.x?
The Value Mappings configuration has changed, and I have not been able to import it.

I also had this problem and fixed the template, see my fork for the updated template exported from Zabbix 6.0 :)
