Description
wget ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/executables/blast+/LATEST/ncbi-blast-2.9.0+-1.x86_64.rpm doesn't exist anymore.
The current LATEST one is ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/executables/blast+/LATEST/ncbi-blast-2.10.1+-1.x86_64.
if a particular version is needed, a better link is like this:
ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/executables/blast+/2.9.0/ncbi-blast-2.9.0+-1.x86_64.rpm
