Issue: create labels, extract labels ID's

Overview:

• right now LLM ask human to create labels setup and provide label ID. (Claude Code)

Expectations:

• create tools to work with labels
• create tools which can help to extract label by name

Found Workaround:

• create Trello card with all applied labels and ask LLM to extract ID's from it
