Fix rendering of REML lists in RTF

The conversion of REML to RTF is leaving lists with badly arranged line spacing.

Here's an example of how lists are rendered in RTF in my wombats REML test snippet's extra information:

And here's its description is in a category print:

Similar, but not the same, issue in RTF categories used when printing:

This is going to take some fixing. Maybe we need to use similar code to UMarkdownSnippetDoc.
