Spark and Delta-core versions not upgraded in latest image

When pulling the latest Docker image, I noticed that the Spark version is v3.3.2 instead of the expected 3.5.0 as per the documentation. Additionally, the delta-core version is 2.3.0 instead of the documented 3.0.0.

The Dockerhub image is not updated but you can build the image directly from this repo for Spark v. 3.5.1 and Delta v. 3.1.0

Planning to get 3.2.0 included soon.
