Add e2e tests for row tracking #1417
Description
Let's create some tables with row-tracking and add tests to ensure the feature works e2e.
Tables should include (at least):
- Simple table, everything computed by baseRowId
- Update a row so at least one row has a materialized row id
- Partitioned data so we have data in lots of different files
