We have hit the 10GB storage limit on pypi. I've raised a request to increase it: pypi/support#7953

As an aside, to reduce the size of the binaries as a whole, might be worth calling maturin --strip? https://www.maturin.rs/distribution.html

Made a few small optimizations and got the wheel down to 31M :D

I've removed a couple large yanked releases from pypi to clear up some space until PyPi team approves our limit increase
