[FeatureRequest] Hide and don't enable app after Unhide

Hi there,

As far as I know, the way Amarok "hides" apps is to disable them. After you unhide the apps, they get enabled again.

There may be situations where I want to hide specific apps (which disables them) and I want to keep them disabled, while unhiding other apps. Is it possible for you to implement this functionality?

Exactly! I'm planning for a full ui refactoring, with a hail like app launching panel. Will take some time.
