Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
no
A clear and concise description of what the problem is. E.g. I'm always frustrated when [...]
In the markdown header, I take advantage of FOAM's Show Graph feature along with Dendron and add 'type: [whatever]' to the frontmatter to visualize the links. I want to update my default frontmatter in Custom traits to automatically include 'type: [whatever]' so I can visualize my data by category more easily. FOAM lets me toggle this frontmatter value on or off, allowing me to filter the data to see exactly what I want. Additionally, I would like Dendron's Doctor feature to keep the 'type: [whatever]' field when running 'fixFrontmatter'. These two improvements would greatly enhance an already excellent extension.
Describe the solution you'd like
Allow Frontmatter to retain 'type: [whatever]' when either creating a new markdown file from a trait or when I run the Dendron: Doctor: fixFronmatter.
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Please in Dendron, allow Frontmatter to retain 'type: [whatever]' when either creating new markdown's or when I run the Dendron: Doctor: fixFronmatter feature. Also allow me to update the default Frontmatter directly.
Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
I've tried to use tags in the frontmatter for this purpose, but the issue I run into is that tags are considered all a single corporate category. For Example if I have 'apples', 'oranges', and 'pickles' as a tag, if I use FOAM all the tags will toggle on or off visually when I activate the Foam: Show Graph. Essentially I won't be able to visualize just 'apples' or just 'pickles'.
