feat: Adding a subset of commands named config

This feature was discussed in #938 and aims to make debugging easier both for the developers and the users of navi.

The `config` subset of commands is the entry point into the running configuration of navi.


This feature needs to be implemented for the v2.25.0 of navi to be released.
