Absolute path for file without <CWD> read permission

For file path ./dir/file, if I already have been granted read permission for dir, how can I get the absolute path for file without needing further permissions?

Deno.realPath and path.resolve require read for <CWD>. Is there another way?

Ex: If I use Deno.watchFs("./dir/file", { recursive: false }), then the paths in the events are absolute paths for the file. (Is this a leak?)
